Keys to Efficient Document Review: Practical Strategies for Reducing Costs and Streamlining the Review Process

Course Description:

Developing search and review strategies that fit into the legal and factual framework of every case is tough — it can also destroy timelines and break budgets.  In fact, it’s estimated that $3.3 billion will be spent on document preservation, collection and production in litigation this year alone.

This comprehensive audio conference offers practical tips and strategies that help you plan and execute a more efficient and streamlined document review process.  From the initial preparation to review, quality control to competition, this must-attend program will guide you through the most effective way to conduct a document review from start to finish.

CoursE highlights:

During this information-packed program, our expert faculty will provide you and your colleagues with concrete steps to:

  • Create, review and control the quality of the entire cycle of the document review process
  • Understand how predictive coding, concept clustering, and key term searching work
  • Train the right lawyers with the right training materials and tests, and assure that they can navigate the process and find the documents most critical and useful to the case
  • Cut through the statistical clutter and understand which figures matter and which ones to ignore
  • Manage the lifecycle of the document review process internally and with your chosen vendor
  • Understand the most common document review pitfalls and how to avoid them
