Effective Law Firm Practice Group Planning and Management
Course Description:
Effective, service-driven, practice groups offer an enormous competitive advantage. In fact, in the majority of financially and professionally successful law firms, practice groups are at the heart of strategic planning and are inherent to client development.
In today’s hyper-competitive legal marketplace, smart firms are increasingly embracing marketing strategies and tactics to help their practice groups make the most of business development opportunities. They know their success depends on dynamic, well-managed practice groups that are structured for maximum effectiveness.
They also know loosely structured, weakly led, and ineffectively managed practice groups limit the firm’s range of alternative strategies, its client relationships, and its market potential.
Find out how your firm can maximize the potential of its practice groups in this must-attend audio conference. During this 75-minute session, Managing Partners and law firm leaders will learn how critical practice group management techniques can:
- Position the firm to become more competitive,
- Cross-sell services more effectively,
- Serve your clients better, and
- Develop new business opportunities.
During this must-attend program, you will also learn:
- How to establish performance measures and criteria for evaluating practice group success
- Methods to manage and complete the often de-centralized planning effort for practice groups
- How practice groups can help to build and expand client relationships
- Marketing strategies and tactics that enhance practice group efforts
