RFPs: Crafting Successful Legal Service Responses
Course Description:
When your law firm replies to an RFP, what are your chances of winning?
With today’s big focus on cost reduction, it’s no surprise that more and more clients are choosing law firms based on formal RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
A firm’s approach to RFP responses often makes or breaks client relationships. Clients are looking for innovation, brevity and specific responses to their needs. Instead, they’re getting truckloads of carbon copy, book size documents that do little or nothing to help them choose a legal service provider.
Find out what clients really want in an RFP response in this 75-minute audio conference. During this exclusive CCM event, our expert(s), who have helped hundreds of clients to sort through piles of RFPs, will share their “from-the-trenches” experiences and give you real-life tips for getting your response on the client’s shortlist!
During this critical program, you will learn:
- Strategies and suggestions for deciding whether you should even respond to the RFP
- Which members of your firm should be involved in RFP process
- Techniques and tips to make your firm stand out from the crowd
- Best practices for preparing for an RFP response (crucial client questions to ask)
- What to include and leave out of the RFP response
- RFP response templates- useful tools or trash?
- Why less is more when it comes to crafting a responses
- Methods for following up whether or not you win the business
