Based in Los Angeles, he is a nationally recognized authority on HR strategy, structure, staffing, and HR work processes. He has consulted to over 230 major corporations both global and domestic.
Prior to joining Mercer, Dr. Rollins held leadership positions at Watson Wyatt Worldwide and the HayGroup. He was also recently Professor of Management in the graduate program at Antioch University in Los Angeles.
Dr. Rollins earned his Doctoral and Master's degrees from The Ohio State University. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Ohio Wesleyan University, Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. Dr. Rollins is a frequent speaker to large groups, and has a significant published body of work.
