Social Media at Work: Bulletproof Policies that Minimize Legal and Financial Risks
Course Description:
Is your company prepared for the risks involved in social media?
The explosion of social media in the workplace has raised new legal challenges for employers. In fact, over 100 employers were accused of improper social media practices or policies in 2011.
As a result, the NLRB is keeping an eye on corporate policies that might violate employees' Section 7 rights.
Is your company’s social media policy up to snuff? Does it protect the company while preserving employees’ rights?
