Multigenerational Employee Retention Strategies for the Economic Recovery
Course Description:
The economy may be churning back to life, but with that good news comes the recent report from Deloitte that states 2 out of 3 employees will seek new employment in 2011. That’s right your best and brightest are ready to get up and get out of their current job.
Experts say the fallout’s expected from the way so many companies treated their workforce during the recession — you know, the “shut up and be happy you have a job” management approach.
But don’t fret; there is a way out… tailoring and targeting your talent strategies to satisfy each employee group from baby boomers to Millennials.
Sure, it’s much easier said than done, but with today’s multigenerational workforce you’ve got to push past the one-size-fits-all perks, incentives and retention strategies and fine tune your efforts based on what works for each generation.
Course Highlights:
In this must-attend audio conference our expert faculty will discuss how your organization can implement clear and actionable strategies that keep your multigenerational talent committed to their jobs, excited about their career prospects, and confident in their corporate leadership.
By the end of this comprehensive session, you’ll also know more about:
- How to boost retention potential for all
- Best methods for tapping into your company’s current retention challenges and find solutions
- Ten tips for keeping top talent through recruiting, recognition, and more!
- Which recognition strategies work for each of your diverse workforce generations
