Paul R. Dorf is the Managing Director of CRI. He is responsible for directing consulting services in all areas of executive compensation, short and long-term incentives, sales compensation, performance management programs, and salary administration programs. He has over 40 years of Human Resource and Compensation experience and has held various executive positions with a number of large corporate organizations, as well as Head of Human Resources for an acute care hospital. He also has over 30 years of direct consulting experience as head of the Executive Compensation Consulting Practices for major accounting and actuarial/benefit consulting firms, including KPMG, Deloitte Touche (formerly Touche Ross), and PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Kwasha Lipton).
Since 1972, Mr. Dorf has also provided compensation consulting expertise to various law firms, and qualifies as an expert witness in compensation and related matters. Mr. Dorf has provided expert opinion and has testified in numerous litigation support cases in both Federal and State Courts.
