Randy Ottinger is a senior member of the Kotter International Team with more than 25 years of business and leadership experience. He has significant expertise advising senior leaders and facilitating leadership teams. In addition, Randy has deep expertise in the technology and financial services sectors.
Randy spent more than 20 years as a high tech executive for companies including: IBM, McCaw Cellular (Claircom), and Captaris. He served as President and EVP of Captaris where he grew their overall business substantially through significant change. Randy was also one of the early executives at McCaw Cellular’s Claircom Division. During his tenure at McCaw, Claircom grew from a start-up to surpassing GTE as the leading supplier of phone service on commercial and private aircraft.
Before joining Kotter International, Randy founded his own firm, LMR Advisors, where he advised business leaders on how to grow their businesses with a holistic approach that involves best employee, financial, and corporate social responsibility practices. Randy has advised a wide range of business leaders and organizations ranging from fast growing technology outsourcing companies to global financial advisory firms. Randy has spoken, presented and lectured at universities and organizations across all sectors, and is a highly regarded public speaker.
Bill Taylor, Senior Vice President and Relationship Leader, Kotter International Team
Bill Taylor serves as Senior Vice President and Relationship Leader for Kotter International. He brings 20 years of expertise in consulting, selection/assessment, culture transformation, executive education, coaching, design, senior-level facilitation, evaluation and strategic business development. His primary focus is to leverage all Kotter International products and services to accelerate enterprise transformation and build change leadership capacity to optimize client performance.

Bill also brings twelve years of line leadership experience as a senior banking executive for two community business banks in San Diego where he specialized in corporate business lending, private banking, served on senior loan committee and three merger / integration teams.
