Finance for Non-Financial Managers: Demystifying Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash and Finance Lingo
Course Description:
You may not be in the finance department, but as manager or department head you're going to have to read a financial statement at some point, or have some form of financial communication and reporting to do as part of your job description.
As a non-financial manager you may feel baffled by the terminology used and confused by the various statements, but without a basic knowledge of business finance, you’re sabotaging your chances for real management success.

- Define the purpose and elements of the income statement and balance sheet
